Thank you for shopping with Trendora. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.


💳 Order Confirmation & Advance Payment To confirm your order, a non-refundable advance payment of PKR 500 is required at the time of order placement. This is mandatory for all orders to avoid fake or unconfirmed bookings.

  • Send PKR 500 advance to 03086155800 (EasyPaisa / JazzCash) — Account Title: Abu Akasha
  • Share the payment screenshot on WhatsApp at the same number
  • Your order will only be processed after advance confirmation
  • The remaining balance is paid upon delivery (COD)

📦 Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after advance payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


🚚 Domestic Shipping (Pakistan) We deliver across Pakistan including all major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, and more).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 working days
  • Shipping Method: TCS / Leopards / Trax or equivalent courier service
  • Shipping Charges: Displayed at checkout
  • Remaining Payment: Cash on Delivery (COD) upon receiving the order

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, sales events, or due to courier delays beyond our control.


🌍 International Shipping We also ship internationally to selected countries. International delivery times are 10–20 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
  • Full payment is required in advance for all international orders.

📍 Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment through the courier's website.


❌ Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may return the package. Re-delivery charges may apply. The PKR 500 advance will not be refunded in case of failed delivery due to customer fault.
